A loan granted that is not repaid in accordance with the contract will result in legal proceedings accompanied by the publication of your identity card in all channels displayed in our agency. The maximum time limit for the transfer is 48 hours.
Documents to be presented
A scanned double-sided identity card.
A copy of your bank statement (RIB) or postal statement (RIP).
Last utility bill or other equivalent document that can prove your address.
Last pay cheque or other document that can prove your monthly income.
Interest rate
The annual APR varies between 2% and 6% depending on the amount requested and the repayment period, with no administration costs.
Duration of the loan
The duration of the loan may not exceed 30 years.
Start of monthly collections
They start between 60 (2 months) and 90 (3 months) days from the day the borrower receives the full amount of the loan.
Interruption of repayment or deferral of instalments
To check whether a deferral is possible, you can contact us by telephone or via the contact form on our website. Interest will be charged on the deferral at the current interest rate and the loan guarantee premium will be deducted when you take out the insurance. You can request a deferral of one or two payments per year and thus benefit from a “repayment break”. The request must be made 7 days before the next due date. This repayment break is granted on condition that your revolving credit has no outstanding or overdue payments at the time of the repayment request, is not covered by insurance and that you have not benefited from the break in the previous 2 months.

Loan and insurance contract
The borrower must sign a loan contract and a loan insurance certificate. The insurance covers death, total and irreversible loss of self-employment, total incapacity due to illness or accident (no. 0081 CAA) and loss of employment due to justified dismissal.
